Information

This all male scheme is home to 12 people who benefit from communal living with a 24/7 staff presence.

All clients are allocated a key worker and will be supported in a recovery led way, incorporating tools such as Recovery Star, weekly planners and budget planning.

The staffs commitment goes beyond the immediate support, as they actively engage in professional development and collaborate with community partners to enhance the quality of care and advocate for improved mental health services. Through their unwavering dedication, the service empowers clients to overcome challenges and achieve progress in their journey towards improved mental health and well-being.

People We Support

Staff support clients following a person centred approach. Every person we support has a key worker. Everyone has an individual tenancy agreement with Hilldale Housing Association. We encourage them to seek voluntary work in the community that has proven successful in leading to paid employment. We also encourage them to seek out further education which has led onto skills in plumbing, beauty therapy as well as alcohol and drugs services. This has led to a lot more confidence and motivation in individuals. They also like to go to Chester Zoo on social activities, amusement parks, go karting, swimming and canoeing in Chester. The Service has an activities champion who will seek out the external activities as well as internal such as quizzes, board games and movie nights and group meals. We support to develop ADL which includes budgeting, meal planning, cooking, room support, mental and physical health needs in line with appointments.
