Adults 18+ who are under the care of Mental Health teams or Community Mental Health Teams.
Yes, if they have a primary Mental Health diagnosis and current risk can be managed safely in the community.
Our housing schemes are managed by experienced mental health professionals; all residents have their own tenancy agreements; and our properties are maintained to a high standard offering security and a homely environment. Clients are offered a dedicated key worker to develop independent living skills, manage their symptoms & medication and attend appointments, and assistance is given to maintain tenancies, manage finances and attend to domestic duties.
Stuart Dunn House
Stuart Dunn House comprises two connected six-bedroomed properties in a popular residential area of Chester. This accommodation is staffed 24 hours a day, with cover during the night, and is close to many amenities and public services.
Abbots Grange is a supported living environment which is made up of 11 rooms all differentiating between a self-contained flat, sole rooms and rooms with cooking facilities and bathrooms.
Century House is a grade 2 listed building that has been converted in to 15 self contained flats. There is a staff room, communal areas and a lovely garden at the back with private patio, greenhouse and allotments.
Clyde House is a supported living accommodation in Stockport which supports the recovery of residents with complex mental health needs. Our residents are actively encouraged to participate in menu designing and planning.
This Service supports 14 people. A team of 14 staff members provide support. This includes 9 full time and 5 bank staff. Dane House is staffed 24 hours, 7 days a week.
Fountain Street is a newly refurbished supported living service in the historical market town of leek in the Staffordshire moorlands, fountain street is just a stone’s throw away from the bustling high street of leek.
Glenarie house is a period building set in a 120-acre grade 2 listed Victorian park with fishing lake and children’s playing area and ample parking for visitors.
This will be registered for 19 clients. There is a communal lounge and conservatory with 2 large kitchens, gardens to front of the house and gardens to rear of the house.
This Service supports six males aged 18+, Clients have their own private rooms and shared facilities. There is ample communal space and well-maintained communal garden.
