We hosted an away day for the management team at SIS. The session brought everyone together to focus on training, team building, and discussing upcoming changes across the organisation. It was a great opportunity for managers to step away from day-to-day operations, share ideas, collaborate with colleagues they don’t usually work with, and ensure we’re all aligned for the next stage of development.
