Before entering the world of psychiatric nursing, Adam built up a wealth of experience working within the service, construction and care work industries. Since qualifying, as a Mental Health Nurse at Liverpool John Moores University, Adam has spent time working in a variety of settings including adult acute in-patient wards, elderly wards, PICU and liaison psychiatry.
In 2014, following 11 years’ service as a psychiatric nurse, Adam left the NHS to help set up SIS. Adam has been instrumental in developing SIS to encompass the care of more than 100 people and is responsible for providing a strategic overview of the service.
