Kerry joined SIS in 2014, initially joining as a dedicated support worker. Through her commitment and hard work, she progressed to the role of senior support worker before assuming the responsibilities of a service manager at Abbots Grange. Her journey of growth and achievement continues as she now holds the position of Quality Assurance and Compliance Lead. Kerry’s accomplishments include the completion of a Level 5 and Level 7 NVQ in Health and Social Care, reflecting her dedication to excellence in her field. Outside of her professional endeavours, she loves to travel and enjoys long walks with her dog Milo.
