Sarah’s background is in private health and safety consultancy – a role that included teaching and working within the construction and hotel industry, offering constructive support and advice to managers. In 2006, Sarah left this sector to pursue a career in nursing, qualifying as a Registered Mental Health Nurse, initially working with children and adolescents within an inpatient setting of CWP Trust.
Sarah began working within the Early Intervention in Psychosis team, supporting young adults with first episodes of psychosis, but left the Trust in 2016 to become Operational Director / Clinical Lead of SIS. Sarah brings a diverse set of skills and experience to the service.
