After a number of years spent playing and coaching football in this country and the USA, Terry sought a fresh start and moved to take up a career in Social Work. He qualified from John Moores University in the early 1990s whilst working for a local authority, and has since worked across the statutory, voluntary and private sectors in a variety of senior management roles, including that of Company Social Worker. Terry also spent over ten years working as a consultant, successfully turning numerous failing care services around, which also led to him advising several non-care businesses. More recently, Terry joined Solutions in Service in 2018 to add his experience to the team. As Head of Services for SIS, Terry also holds the company registration responsibility with the regulatory body.
